Enter the Art-Experience section, choose the activity you want. Make sure the day, the hour and click on “Me apunto”.
How far in advance do I have to book my activity?
In order to comply with the regulations for group visits to museums and for effective organization, it is necessary to confirm at least 72 hours in advance.
Will there be other days and times to make the visits that are announced?
All programmed activity is published on the website. You can request another date and time as well as give away a private experience, as long as it is within the calendar and possibilities of the institution.
Can I request a visit to museums, galleries or art fairs in private for a group of friends or a company?
Ask for availability for your visit, either to museums, gallery tours, art fairs or temporary exhibitions at any time of the year – we’re sure to find the right time!
Do you have any other tours or activities besides the ones published?
How long is the visit or webinar?
Each institution establishes the determined time of the visit. As a rule, the duration of the visit or webinar is one hour.
What is the meeting point?
Each participant will receive in the purchase confirmation process the meeting place and time that will be established according to the activity.
How do I identify myself?
With the receipt. We will send you an email with a voucher that you can print out or take with you to the activity.
Before 48 hours 50% of the fee will be charged. If you cancel within 24 hours, arrive late or fail to show up, no refund will be offered. In case of special activities, they will be specified in the purchase process.

It is recommended to wear your own mask to the activity. We will respect the quota of public allowed by the institution as well as the security distance.
